Building A Partnership: The Process
Our first step is to earn your trust and build the credibility needed for you to share with us “WHAT’S KEEPING YOU UP AT NIGHT”. We then WORK WITH YOU to determine/document your goals for your organization, the obstacles to reaching those goals, solutions for overcoming those obstacles (including cost, timetables, action-steps/task to be completed, fees, etc.). Our team then prepares a proposal (including deliverables, estimated cost, timetable, etc.) We then sit with you and prepare a contract to document the deliverables, cost(including payment schedule) and timetables.
